Mendix Meetup in Munich: Discussions about Pipelines and Security
On April 10th, we hosted our very first Mendix Meetup in Munich – and it was a fantastic evening of knowledge-sharing, networking, and fun.
The event brought together local Mendix developers, architects, and enthusiasts to connect, exchange ideas, and learn from each other. It was a great opportunity to engage in professional discussions, explore best practices, and share real-world insights into the world of low-code development with Mendix.
We had two presentations:
Let the Pipeline Do the Work –
Take Back Your Evenings
– Christian Sönnichsen

Thanks to Jan de Vries for beautifully capturing the atmosphere of the evening through your camera. 📸

Mendix Security Deep Dive: Avoiding
Security Risks During File Uploads
– Philipp Hüber
Thank you to our host Florian Junker and speakers for making the evening possible. Afterwards, we had time
for networking over pizza, drinks, and a round of Mario Kart. 🍕 🍻 🎮

This meetup marks an exciting beginning for the Mendix community in Germany. We believe that regular meetups like this
are essential to building a strong, collaborative network of professionals who want to push the boundaries of what’s
possible with low-code.
👉 We’re already looking forward to the next event – and to growing this amazing community together!
